Retained Search
Retain Search option would provide a dedicated recruiter
assigned to your search until it is completed. Dedicated effort insures top
priority status to critical and urgent needs. Included:
- Dedicated recruiter that will ONLY focus on your job order
- Create a recruitment strategy and plan
- Weekly updates provided
- Reference and Background investigation
Service fees are based on a percentage of the candidate's first year estimated total compensation including salary, commission and bonuses. This service offering has the following payment schedule:
- 28-30% of expected first year salary (depending on position)
- 1/3 due upon signing of the retainer agreement
- 1/3 due in 30 days (during course of search)
- 1/3 due when candidate starts work
- 90 day replacement guarantee
Priority Search
Priority Search option would involve the entire project team where thorough representation in the market place, in a timely fashion, is desired. Our team will work until the position is filled. Included:
- Project team will focus on your job order until the position is filled.
- Create a recruitment strategy and plan
- Weekly updates provided
Service fees are based on a percentage of the guaranteed compensation ( salary ) and has the following payment schedule:
- 20% (most positions) :of expected first year salary
- 1/4 due upon acceptance of job order
- Balance due when on the candidate's start date
- 60 day replacement guarantee
Contingency Search
Our contingency fee based recruiting services are best utilized when extensive search requirements and critical time factors do not exists. Service Fees are based a percentage of the guaranteed compensation ( salary ). We offer discounts for multiple openings or for exclusive engagements. This service has the following payment schedule:
- 25% (most positions) of expected first year salary
- Balance due 30 days after candidate official start date
- 60 day replacement guarantee
