Edward Gentile, President and founder of Hunter Personnel, leverages his 15 years of senior level experience to offer the highest quality of service to many of our clients. He has held several senior management positions during his career.  More recently his experience has been with leading companies such as SBC, HarmonyCom, and Syndesis.  Edward founded Hunter Personnel with the belief that companies in the OSS industry would benefit from a recruiting firm that would only specialize in the OSS market. 

His philosophy to recruiting is a highly specialized and personalized approach. By using his extensive industry knowledge, contacts, and a thorough and disciplined approach to the search process, he has assisted many clients to meet their strategic staffing goals.

Through the past several years, Hunter Personnel has expanded to other specialized industries under his leadership. His intimate knowledge of the OSS and Security industries has enabled Hunter Personnel to emerge as one of the leading recruiting firms in the Midwest.

Edward holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Psychology and a Masters in Public Administration.
