Job Description
We desire to locate an independent sales recruiter to fill an opening on our team. This sales/recruiter position is ideal for the person who is goal oriented andis driven to succeed.

Candidates will be responsible for generating new business recruiting contracts within the Storage or Enterprise software industries. The successful candidate will target new business opportunities, identify exceptional candidates, prescreen and submit to client hire.

You MUST be motivated and driven by a commission-based compensation plan. The individual with the confidence, determination and self discipline will be successful in putting their sales plan to work.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree (preferred not required)
• Highly motivated to succeed
• MUST be able to cold call prospects for new business
• Experience working in a remote office environment
• Storage Software / Appliance or Enterprise Software Knowledge. (CRM / ERP)
• Excellent phone and in person communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and ATS skills
• Internet navigation and recruiting experience necessary
• Human Resource, IT or Technical Agency Experience is a plus

Compensation

• This position is an independent agent position. Compensation is based on a lucrative commission package. We offer all the tools needed to get you started.
• $70,000 - 90,000 at plan / quota
